《Smart Science:跟美國學生同步學科學》系列圖書由加拿大教師韋恩·艾弗里特以美國中小學教學大綱為標準專為國內(nèi)中小學生編寫的課外讀物，以大16開全彩色英文形式出版，本書為第二冊。書中精選50篇新近科學短文，加上配套詞匯與閱讀理解訓練，同時配以大量彩色插圖，讓孩子們學習基本的科學知識，并結(jié)合實際生活中的科學現(xiàn)象，進行初步的思考與理解。如植物、動物界的基本事物與原則等。本書有配套外教朗讀，在學習科學知識的同時亦能提升英語閱讀水平，購買方式詳見圖書封底博客鏈接。

       繼《Smart Reading：跟美國學生同步練閱讀》之后，Holybird 又策劃出版了《Smart Science：跟美國學生同步學科學》這套全英文版圖書。本書主要針對準備出國留學的學生，讓他們在出國前做好更充分的準備。其他欲提高英語水平的讀者，也可以用來堅持閱讀，不斷積累詞匯，訓練閱讀能力。
