內(nèi)容簡介: 《大學(xué)專業(yè)英語系列教材：法學(xué)專業(yè)英語教程（第3版）（上）》是一本專供具有大學(xué)英語四級(jí)水平的法律專業(yè)學(xué)生使用的英語教材。它較全面系統(tǒng)地介紹美國民商法的基本情況，又提供了案例閱讀，形成了一套精泛讀相結(jié)合、配有各種口筆頭練習(xí)的易于操作的全新的法學(xué)英語學(xué)習(xí)體系。使用本教材的學(xué)生在循序漸進(jìn)提高英語水平的同時(shí)，可了解美國法律的概貌，掌握各種法律概念的英語表述。正因?yàn)榇?，它?999年問世以來頗受廣大師生的好評(píng)。2007年首次修訂，更新了部分內(nèi)容。然而，在過去的五年中，技術(shù)發(fā)展突飛猛進(jìn)，經(jīng)濟(jì)跌宕起伏變幻莫測，社會(huì)變革的深度和廣度前所未有，這些變化必然也帶動(dòng)了法律的發(fā)展。為使這套教材在內(nèi)容上緊跟美國法律發(fā)展的腳步，出版社提議再次修訂，編者本著對使用者負(fù)責(zé)的態(tài)度，欣然接受了這一任務(wù)。
作者簡介:趙建，復(fù)旦大學(xué)法學(xué)院教授，曾參與《大學(xué)英語》《新編大學(xué)英語二級(jí)測試/大學(xué)英語測試系列》 《法學(xué)專業(yè)英語教程-(第二版)》《全新版大學(xué)英語(綜合教程學(xué)生用書)(普通高等教育“十五”國家級(jí)規(guī)劃教材)》《大學(xué)英語.精讀3(修訂本)》等英語教材的編寫。
