內(nèi)容簡(jiǎn)介:　　《大學(xué)外貿(mào)英語(yǔ)（第四版）/普通高等教育“十一五”國(guó)家級(jí)規(guī)劃教材·新世界商務(wù)英語(yǔ)系列教材》共由兩大模塊組成。一大模塊（主課文）的內(nèi)容有國(guó)際貿(mào)易理論與實(shí)務(wù)的方方面面，其中包括：當(dāng)前席卷全球的世界經(jīng)濟(jì)危機(jī)以及一些主要國(guó)家為此所采取的緊急應(yīng)對(duì)措施，傳統(tǒng)現(xiàn)代貿(mào)易理論介紹，政府對(duì)國(guó)際貿(mào)易的干預(yù)，常用的貿(mào)易政策及其工具，世界和地區(qū)經(jīng)濟(jì)一體化，匯率與國(guó)際貿(mào)易，國(guó)際收支，國(guó)際投資與跨國(guó)公司，關(guān)貿(mào)總協(xié)定，WTO及其后繼者WTO相關(guān)規(guī)則，多次進(jìn)行的多邊貿(mào)易談判，多哈回合的新進(jìn)展，貿(mào)易方式，常用貿(mào)易術(shù)語(yǔ)，貿(mào)易融資，出口商品的運(yùn)輸與保險(xiǎn)和對(duì)國(guó)際貿(mào)易有影響的一些常見(jiàn)的西方商法分支如反傾銷(xiāo)、反補(bǔ)貼、反托拉斯法、產(chǎn)品責(zé)任法、國(guó)際貨物買(mǎi)賣(mài)合同法等核心內(nèi)容的概述。第二大模塊（輔課文）是近三十篇從英美著名報(bào)刊精選的能與一部分進(jìn)行互動(dòng)并能起到加深對(duì)其理解的經(jīng)貿(mào)文章。
作者簡(jiǎn)介:　　陳慶柏，對(duì)外經(jīng)濟(jì)貿(mào)易大學(xué)英語(yǔ)學(xué)院教授。1965年從對(duì)外經(jīng)貿(mào)大學(xué)外語(yǔ)系畢業(yè)后留校，主要從事商務(wù)英語(yǔ)（其中包括法律英語(yǔ)，金融英語(yǔ)和外貿(mào)英語(yǔ)）的教學(xué)。1980～1981，1986～1987分別被學(xué)校選派到美國(guó)斯坦福大學(xué)和英國(guó)倫敦經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)院研修國(guó)際商法和世界經(jīng)濟(jì)。1993年曾以客座教授身份在英國(guó)艾克斯大學(xué)講學(xué)并進(jìn)一步研修商法。主要著作有：《美國(guó)商業(yè)訴訟》（舊金山翻譯公司）、《外貿(mào)英語(yǔ)手冊(cè)》（商務(wù)印書(shū)館）、《英漢雙解法律詞典》、《金融英語(yǔ)閱讀》（世界圖書(shū)出版社）、《涉外法律英語(yǔ)》、《外國(guó)銀行法》（法律出版社）、《證券英語(yǔ)》（機(jī)械工業(yè)出版社）、《國(guó)際貿(mào)易》（北京語(yǔ)言大學(xué)出版社）、《保險(xiǎn)英語(yǔ)》與《大學(xué)外貿(mào)英語(yǔ)》（對(duì)外經(jīng)濟(jì)貿(mào)易大學(xué)出版社）。其中《大學(xué)外貿(mào)英語(yǔ)》入選為我國(guó)“十一五”國(guó)家級(jí)規(guī)劃教材，同時(shí)成為新世界商務(wù)英語(yǔ)系列教材之一；《大學(xué)外貿(mào)英語(yǔ)（第二版）》于2009年12月獲得中國(guó)大學(xué)出版社協(xié)會(huì)圖書(shū)獎(jiǎng)首屆優(yōu)秀教材二等獎(jiǎng)。
